Refund policy

 Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, your item(s) must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you regarding the final refund amount.

Then, your refund will be processed, and a credit for the purchase price will be  automatically applied for to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
First, contact your bank or credit card company. Processing time may vary, but generally refunds are posted within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Replacement items are only offered for defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at bellaandoliversoap@gmail.com.

Shipping

Purchaser will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
